Inkaku Capalini @ Lakeside Pavilion 8 - March - 2022

A lazy Tuesday afternoon I look to events for something to do and notice that Inkaku Capalini has a set at Lakeside Pavilion. I've attended several of her sets before so I knew the hour would be fun-packed for any avid music listener.
I arrive and am warmly greeted by the staff and the many faces I often see in and around the live music scene.
Having only been to this particular venue once, perhaps twice, I make use of my perv cam to take in the place. Alongside the Pavilion, where the owner Sarrah Nitely and her manager Cassandra Nitely, have live music every Tuesday, I notice The Lakeside Gardens. A water and theme park on a moderate sim, that is family friendly. A place where you can grab a friend or take along the kids and just have fun.
Inka grabs my attention as she takes the stage with the opener, The Beatles - I Saw Her Standing There.
Wasn't long before I found myself humming along while taking notes.
Inka, as she's fondly known by her many fans, sings current & classic Rock, top 40s, country, blues and some oldies that will leave you having flashbacks.
Her setlist included:
Suck My Kiss - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Stranglehold - Ted Nugent
I Want You To Want Me - Cheaptrick
Take Me Home, Country Roads - John Denver
Cant Get Enough Of Your Love - Bad Company
Something To Talk About - Bonnie Raitt
The hour was jam-packed with great tunes and over way to soon. It also reminded me how we need to get out and support the many live music venues for what would our community be like without them?!
