As I mentioned in my blog post about Lady, yesterday marked the eagerly awaited Grand Opening of Jae Sands' LaLuna Dinner and Theater! This significant event has been a cherished aspiration of Jae's for a considerable period, as he has longed for a venue precisely like this to showcase his extraordinary performances.

Within the boundaries of the sim that now hosts LaLuna, there lies a remarkable history. It was originally owned by the beloved Sky Wildmist, a name that holds a special place in the hearts of many. Although her passing brings a touch of sadness, her legacy continues through Lady Queenbsxy. Jae will help carry forward the cherished memories of Sky Wildmist, honoring her with every note he sings.

As I arrived at LaLuna prior to the start of the performances, I was warmly greeted by Lady Queenbsxy and ͜͡ĄŁĄƝĄ. Cytraveler, the tech person, has done an exceptional job with the lighting, creating a mesmerizing ambiance. They all exude incredible friendliness, and

͜͡ĄŁĄƝĄ graciously guided me to my seat for the show. The concept they have crafted here is truly outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend that you pay a visit to explore everything it has to offer. Combining dinner and a show, it fulfills all your desires for an unforgettable experience.

LaLuna, a name that translates to "The Moon" in both Italian and Spanish, presents an extraordinary and enchanting experience. As you zoom out within the boundaries of LaLuna, you'll be amazed to find that the entire club is nestled within the captivating sphere of the moon. Casting your eyes skyward, you'll witness a mesmerizing sight as the celestial canopy gracefully rotates, unveiling a breathtaking display of shimmering stars. Undeniably, LaLuna stands as a truly remarkable and magical club.

The evening commenced with an exceptional performance by Lady Queenbsxy, and now we eagerly anticipate the upcoming act by none other than Jae Sands, the owner of LaLuna. As some of you may already know, I had the privilege of managing Jae for several years, and those moments hold a special place in my heart. I have countless fond memories of our time together. Wishing you the best of luck, Jae! Break a leg!

As many of you are aware, Jae is renowned for his incredible renditions of Sinatra's classics, which has become his signature style. While I've been informed that he has an exciting lineup of diverse shows planned for LaLuna in the future, for tonight and the upcoming weeks, he will be dedicating his performances to the timeless songs of Sinatra. This enduring tribute to Sinatra will always remain a cherished staple here at LaLuna.

Kicking off with a timeless Sinatra classic, we have "Let's Fly Away." This beloved song, written by Cole Porter in 1930, has stood the test of time, enchanting audiences with its enduring charm.

Up next, we have "My Kind of Town," a delightful song with music by Jimmy Van Heusen and lyrics by Sammy Cahn. Originally featured in the musical score of "Robin and the 7 Hoods," a 1964 film that showcased the talents of the iconic Rat Pack, of which Frank Sinatra was a notable member. This song captures the spirit of a beloved era and invites us to embrace the charm of a city that holds a special place in our hearts.

Jae seamlessly continues his Sinatra tribute with two more captivating songs. First, he treats us to "I Get a Kick Out of You" from the beloved musical "Anything Goes." One thing I have always loved about Jae is he recognizes his audience members and he interacts seamlessly with them.

The Grand Opening was truly a splendid event! I had an absolutely delightful evening, thoroughly enjoying every moment. It was a well-deserved opportunity to spend quality time with my beloved Leon.
